We completed a full overhaul of this stunning two story, 2bed/2bath penthouse apartment in the heart of historic Kilkenny City, Ireland. The apartment had no storage when we began the project. We reimagined the space to include an open plan kitchen and living area, and added ample storage throughout. We redesigned the master bedroom and added an ensuite bathroom. Together with our team of builders and tradespeople, we blended form and function to accommodate the needs of the modern urban dweller. High speed fiber broadband, plentiful outlets, floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes and storage units, under bed storage in both bedrooms, generously sized kitchen drawers and cabinets, and a plethora of other cleverly designed spaces allowed for a quick sale of this property, achieving a return on investment of over 40%.
