Irish Penthouse Remodel
Kilkenny, Ireland, 2024
We completed a full overhaul of this stunning two story, 2bed/2bath penthouse apartment in the heart of historic Kilkenny City, Ireland. The apartment had no storage when we began the project. We reimagined the space to include an open plan kitchen and living area, and added ample storage throughout. We redesigned the master bedroom and added an ensuite bathroom. Together with our team of builders and tradespeople, we blended form and function to accommodate the needs of the modern urban dweller. High speed fiber broadband, plentiful outlets, floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes and storage units, under bed storage in both bedrooms, generously sized kitchen drawers and cabinets, and a plethora of other cleverly designed spaces allowed for a quick sale of this property, achieving a return on investment of over 40%.
Virginia Arts & Crafts/Tudor Revival Home Staging
Little Washington, VA 2025
In September 2025 we completed the home staging of a rare American Arts & Crafts/Tudor Revival home that blends original character with thoughtful updates, in Rappahannock County, Virginia. With only two weeks to acquire pieces, we quickly transformed the large empty home with a unique mix of whimsical and refined furnishings to bring it to market.
